General Office Manager (M-TH): Jody Heckenbach has a paralegal background, is a Yoga instructor, offering personal yoga sessions to clients, and has a sound holistic education. She is knowledgeable and uses all of our services herself, which benefits in phone sales and customer service. She produces our weekly payroll, does insurance claim forms, handles attending physician and attorney matters, and assists the staff.

Receptionist. (F&SA): Lynn Modlin is in charge of filing, creating of file folders, all forms and inventory, community outreach massage gift certificate program, staff and customer support and rapport.

Maintenance: Bobbie Faulk is in charge of general maintenance, cleaning, stocking, plant care and reception desk on Sundays.
