A Sante' Health Center was founded in 1986 by a group of massage therapists with the pioneering vision of a professional, "medical type" massage center. Chiropractic and acupuncture were quickly added. The purpose has always been healing, wholeness, and evolution.

The idea was that with an aligned spine, relaxed and balanced musculature, and energy pathways opened, a body could grow closer to becoming free of dis ease. For those already suffering from pain, injuries, surgeries, and medications, a natural alternative is offered. One that increases the way a body wants to heal itself.

Many therapists from a wide variety of modalities have offered their gifts of healing work over the last two decades at A Sante' Health Center. They have helped create a name and center that's well known and respected, even outside of California.

The Center is well run, well marketed, and beautifully maintained. It is open seven days per week with a staff of three part-time receptionists/office managers, 12 massage therapists, 1 chiropractor and 1 acupuncturist. All varieties of therapeutic massage are available including warm-stone treatments and natural facials. A Sante' averages 600-800 client visits a month.

A Sante' has always maintained a standard of providing the highest professional quality service, from the best therapists. We have recruited excellent practitioners, including people from out of state, and serve vacationing clientele from all over the world.

All the therapists are not only experts in their fields; They are also experts at supporting and counseling A Sante's customers. The return rate of satisfied clients, many who've become friends, is very high: people have returned to the center again and again over the past 19 years. They tell the staff that they can always receive excellent therapy from A Sante', even with same day appointments.

Many of A Sante's customers are MD's, DO's, DDS's, Surgeons, DC's, etc. who benefit from our services themselves, as well as referring patients to us. They have a long established referral network with at least 100 of these local professionals.

The lobby is inviting and comfortable with a large, natural turquoise stone fountain, hand-painted mural, silk wallpaper, soft lights and music.

Located against the Sierra Azul foothills, Los Gatos is an old San Franciscan resort town whose Victorian redwood homes face East, overlooking the Silicon Valley and across to the Sierra Nevada range. The location is an easy access from the many main highways, and patients come from as far as an hour away to regularly receive the Center's excellent healthcare.

The ten treatment rooms are fully and tastefully furnished. Each contains a massage table with warm under comforters and crisp white sheets, delightful soft music, fountains, many plants, comfortable furnishings, and sliding doors leading out onto a long redwood deck lined with sweet-smelling fir and cedar trees. The Center has a warm and sweet aromathrapy of its own that clients always favorably comment upon.

The community of Los Gatos is perfectly attuned to the value of healing work: it is concious, educated, affluent, innovative, and highly motivated. For example, Whole Foods, the upscale, organic grocery chain, located a new store a few blocks from A Sante'.
